Classes

I run general group classes, small group sessions and 1:1's.  With the 1:1's the lesson can either be within the comfort of your own home or at my studio which has a perfect teaching space. The maxium number of students in group sessions in the studio is 7. This ensures everyone who trains with me gets individual hands-on corrections and explainations, whether in a class or in a 1:1 setting.  I also run TRX classes.

I am a Certified STOTT PILATES® instructor holding internationally recognised certification after lengthy study and passing rigorous exams. STOTT PILATES® has earned an international reputation as the world’s most respected brand for the quality of its instructor training. I have practiced pilates for the last 17 years, training under a variety of instructors from around the world. I passionately believe that everyone can benefit from this discipline. Pilates works for all ages and levels with emphasis on core stability. It is practices by athletes as well as beginners and is also used in rehabilitation. Pilates has been instrumental for many years in the treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of injuries as the exercises can be adapted to each individuals needs and are non-impact and non-weight bearing.
